Our luxury guest suite is outfitted with many thoughtful extras for your convenience and comfort. We think you will love what we have done. Beautifully appointed, the unit has a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, even a WAFFLE-MAKER and crock pot!), comfortable queen-size beds, an awe-inspiring patio view including a private BBQ overlooking fun-tastic Lake Okanagan, and underground parking. A CD/DVD player, AM/FM stereo,, and 3 TV's (one is a large flat-screen TV) are provided for your entertainment. This unit even has a HEATED BATHROOM TOWEL BAR with oversized TOWELS. The master bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and Egyptian cotton linens. With our optional BYO Queen-size bed (Ultimate model), you have the option of sleeping 2 more persons in the living room.

Terms & Conditions

*Minimum Stay: Minimum stay on weekends (Friday to Sunday) from May through September is 3 days. No minimum stay for mid-week vacancies. Other conditions may apply.

Holiday Restrictions: Statutory Holidays in May, July, August, September and December are subject to a minimum stay of 7 days.

Payments: 50% of rent must be paid at the time of booking; balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks of your arrival date, then payment in full is required.

12% HST (tax) applies to all sales. Currency is in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Cancellation before 60 days in advance of arrival day is subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds within 60 days (although we will try hard to re-rent your unit for a partial or full refund).

For reservations next year, please call for rates and availability.

Online reservations must be made at least 1 day prior to arrival. If you need a place immediately, please telephone us.

Vancouver: Take Highway 1 to Hope. At Hope change to toll Highway 5. At Merritt change to Highway 97C and go East to Kelowna.
