Housekeeping Fee is waived on stays 6 days or longer.
*Minimum Stay: Minimum stay on weekends (Friday to Sunday) from May through September is 3 days. No minimum stay for mid-week vacancies. Other conditions may apply.
Holiday Restrictions: Statutory Holidays in May, July, August, September and December are subject to a minimum stay of 7 days.
Payments: 50% of rent must be paid at the time of booking; balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks of your arrival date, then payment in full is required.
12% HST (tax) applies to all sales. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.
Cancellation before 60 days in advance of arrival day is subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds within 60 days (although we will try hard to re-rent your unit).
For reservations next year, please call for rates.
Online reservations must be made at least 1 day prior to arrival. If you need a place immediately, please telephone us.
