Our luxury guest suite is outfitted with many thoughtful extras for your convenience and comfort. We think you will love what we have done. Beautifully appointed, the unit has a fully-equipped kitchen (yes, even a WAFFLE-MAKER!), comfortable king and double size beds, 9' ceilings, a private balcony with a gas BBQ overlooking the quiet Garden Court (towards Wilson Creek), and underground parking. A CD/DVD player, AM/FM stereo, video game console, and several TV's are available for your entertainment. This unit even has a HEATED BATHROOM TOWEL BAR with oversized TOWELS. The master bedroom comes with a king-size bed, non-allergenic goose down duvet, high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, and a CEILING FAN for your comfort. We maintain our place immaculately clean and welcoming. This is one of the only larger 1-bedroom + den condos over 800 square feet in the complex.

Our home can be rented by the day, week, or month, depending on the season. Peak season offers daily and weekly rates (minimum stays apply). However, you can still book a shorter vacation into the small openings in our calendar. Monthly off-season rentals permit use of hot tub and exercise gym. Our availability calendar shows which dates are available to reserve. Please ask for details.

Holiday Restrictions: Statutory Holidays in May, July, August, September and December may be subject to a minimum stay of 7 days. Please ask us.
Payments: The security deposit is $500CAD. The 2nd payment up to 50% of rent is due 60 days before arrival. The balance of rent is due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 1 month of your arrival date, then payment in full is required.
Sales Tax applies to all sales. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.
Security Deposit:The deposit is due by eTransfer upon booking.
Cancellation or Change Fee: Changes before 60 days in advance of arrival day are subject to a minimum fee for each change. No refunds within 60 days (although we will try hard to re-rent your accommodation for a partial or full refund, less cancellation fee).

30% to 40% OFF of weekly bookings in May and June. Quote "Spring-Special" when booking for the discount.
Ask about September DEALS for stays greater than 5 nights.
Housekeeping Fee is waived on stays 6 days or longer (may not be combined with other specials).
Free Welcome Package: Included in every week-long reservation (some conditions apply). Enjoy a bottle of Okanagan wine, hot drinks, and other treats.

Same-Day Bookings: Online reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. If you need a place immediately, please telephone us.
